Can you tell me some easy to use(drag & drop),good web design program,something like MS Publisher,that can open,edit and save .htm files,for someone with no programming experience...The price is not important.
I alerdy maade a site,but I need a program for
keeping it,to upload news and stuff...Isn't dreamweaver with programming?
